The company was established in 1999 by a cast of chartered accountants and statutory auditors.

It is registered in the Register of Auditors (Registro dei Revisori Contabili) since its formation n.114800 with the name "Moore Stephens Sicilia s.r.l." pursuant to the former Decreto Legislativo n. 39/2010.
Established in Messina, which houses the headquarters, the company is now active throughout the national territory. It has offices and collaborators in Rome, and Milan.

Moore TAT Audit s.r.l carries out the activity of auditing, budget certification, accounting organization of public and private bodies and companies and certification of expenses.

The company is part of the Moore Global Network Limited which includes more than 260 professional offices with around 670 offices in over 100 countries.

The corporate structure is composed of shareholders, chartered accountants, registered in the Register of Auditors and Professional Orders (Registro dei Revisori Contabili e agli Ordini Professionali), with significant experience gained in over 30 years of professional activity.
